释义	法律分析：单位是放假的，但是在休假期间单位是需要支付您基本的工资的，不能低于当地最低生活标准。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动法》第二十八条非因员工本人过错，用人单位部分或者整体停产、停业的，用人单位应当按照下列标准支付停工员工在停工期间的工资：（一）停工一个月以内的，按照员工本人标准工资的百分之八十支付；（二）停工超过一个月的，按照不低于最低工资的百分之八十支付。如果公司不依照法律给你们工资，你们可以一起去劳动仲裁委员会申诉。
