释义	法律分析：单身证明由你户口所在地民政部门开，但是现在已经基本不会给出具单身证明了。法律依据：《民政部关于进一步规范（无）婚姻登记记录证明相关工作的通知》第一条自文件发布之日起,除对涉台和本通知附件所列清单中已列出国家的公证事项仍可继续出具证明外，各地民政部门不再向任何部门和个人出具(无)婚姻登记记录证明。各地民政部门在出具证明时，应当根据当事人所涉事项，在出具证明中注明“本证明仅限于XXX(申请人)办理赴XX国家(或者台湾地区)的XX公证事项使用，用于其他事项无效。”
