法律分析：工伤保险包括工伤赔偿、工伤预防和工伤康复等内容。工伤康复费用是可以报销的。
职工因工负伤，享受工伤医疗待遇。为了做到公正、客观，实现规范化、标准化管理，治疗工伤所需费用要符合国家规定的工伤保险诊疗项目目录、工伤保险药品目录、工伤保险住院服务标准。对于不符合规定和标准的费用，原则上工伤保险基金不予支付。同时，国家劳动保障行政部门会同相关部门制定假肢、矫形器、假眼、假牙和配置轮椅等辅助器具的项目名称、材料、性能、质量和参考价格，并制定相应的安装程度等管理办法。按照国家规定的标准和管理规定进行安装的费用由工伤保险基金支付。因此，工伤基金支付的费用标准要按照国家规定支付，超出部分不能由工伤基金予以报销，由工伤职工自行支付。

第三十条 职工因工作遭受事故伤害或者患职业病进行治疗，享受工伤医疗待遇。治疗工伤所需费用符合工伤保险诊疗项目目录、工伤保险药品目录、工伤保险住院服务标准的，从工伤保险基金支付。
第三十二条 工伤职工因日常生活或者就业需要，经劳动能力鉴定委员会确认，可以安装假肢、矫形器、假眼、假牙和配置轮椅等辅助器具，所需费用按照国家规定的标准从工伤保险基金支付。
