释义	法律分析：公证书可以通一定的法定程序并满足法定条件方可撤销，但只能是公证书的内容违法或者与事实不符的才能予以撤销，在具有前述法定条件的情况下，由公证机构依法撤销，故，当事人或其公证书的利害关系人是不能单方撤销公证书的。法律依据：《中华人民共和国公证法》第三十九条当事人、公证事项的利害关系人认为公证书有错误的，可以向出具该公证书的公证机构提出复查。公证书的内容违法或者与事实不符的，公证机构应当撤销该公证书并予以公告，该公证书自始无效证书有其他错误的，公证机构应当予以更正。
