在香港定居的条件有哪些
释义
夫妻一方定居香港、澳门，分居多年的;定居香港、澳门的父母年老体弱，必须由内地子女前往照料的；内地无依无靠的老人和儿童，须投靠在香港、澳门的直系亲属和近亲属的;定居香港、澳门直系亲属的产业无人继承，必须由内地子女去定居才能继承的;有其他特殊情况必须定居的。

《中华人民共和国户口登记条例》 第十七条 户口登记的内容需要变更或者更正的时候，由户主或者本人向户口登记机关申报；户口登记机关审查属实后予以变更或者更正。
