释义	出租商铺签订阴阳合同的，一般情况下，阴合同有效，阳合同无效。因为阳合同因不体现当事人的真实意思所以不发生效力，而阴合同是当事人的真实意思表示所以认定为有效合同。但如果利用阴阳合同实施违法行为，或者以合法的形式掩盖违法的目的，则不仅伪装的阳合同无效，被伪装的阴合同也因内容违法而无效。【本文关联的相关法律依据】《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百五十三条违反法律、行政法规的强制性规定的民事法律行为无效。但是，该强制性规定不导致该民事法律行为无效的除外。违背公序良俗的民事法律行为无效。
