释义	离婚财产分割协议不能反悔，除非存在欺诈胁迫的情形或者还未办理离婚登记。在办理离婚登记之后，离婚协议就生效了，此时反悔，并向法院起诉重新分割财产的，如果不存在欺诈胁迫的情形，法院会驳回诉讼请求。【本文关联的相关法律依据】《最高人民法院关于适用〈中华人民共和国民法典〉婚姻家庭编的解释（一）》第七十条夫妻双方协议离婚后就财产分割问题反悔，请求撤销财产分割协议的，人民法院应当受理。人民法院审理后，未发现订立财产分割协议时存在欺诈、胁迫等情形的，应当依法驳回当事人的诉讼请求。
