释义	法律分析：特殊地域管辖又称特别地域管辖，是指以被告住所地、诉讼标的所在地、法律事实所在地为标准确定的管辖。在特殊地域管辖中至少有两个以上的法院都有管辖权，且当事人可以选择其中一个法院进行起诉。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第三十五条两个以上人民法院都有管辖权的诉讼，原告可以向其中一个人民法院起诉;原告向两个以上有管辖权的人民法院起诉的，由最先立案的人民法院管辖。
