释义	通常情况下担保人一般是不可以起诉其他担保人的，因为担保人并没有这样的权利，通常情况下如果是债权人的话，债务人或者担保人欠钱不还，就可以起诉债务人或者担保人。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第六百九十四条一般保证的债权人在保证期间届满前对债务人提起诉讼或者申请仲裁的，从保证人拒绝承担保证责任的权利消灭之日起，开始计算保证债务的诉讼时效。连带责任保证的债权人在保证期间届满前请求保证人承担保证责任的，从债权人请求保证人承担保证责任之日起，开始计算保证债务的诉讼时效。
