法律分析：
视情况而定。法律有规定民政部原则上是禁止尸体跨界运输，意思就是要就地火化，只允许带骨灰，如果有特殊情况，必须向市民政局提出申请,丧事承办人出具相关申请材料,填写《遗体外运申请表》，得到市民政局受理申请，经同意并出具证明后，由殡仪馆专用车辆运送。
法律依据：
《国家八部委关于尸体运输管理的若干规定》 第三条 凡属异地死亡者，其尸体原则上就地、就近尽快处理。如有特殊情况确需运往其他地方的，死者家属要向县以上殡葬管理部门提出申请，经同意并出具证明后，由殡仪馆专用车辆运送。
