法律分析：签订阴阳合同是为了逃税，这是违法的。以避税为目的签订的相关条款法律上是无效的，但是，并不能因此直接导致双方所签订的买卖合同无效。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》 第一百四十六条 行为人与相对人以虚假的意思表示实施的民事法律行为无效。
以虚假的意思表示隐藏的民事法律行为的效力，依照有关法律规定处理。
