释义	委托书上的委托人是自己。而受托人是代表自己行使合法权益的人，受托人在行使权力时应当出具委托人的法律文书。委托书一旦正式订立，委托人不能以任何借口对委托事项后悔，但是受托人如果存在违反国家法律的权益的任何行为，委托人有权终止委托协议。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第九百一十九条  委托合同是委托人和受托人约定，由受托人处理委托人事务的合同。
