释义	法律分析：传唤调查是指人民法院，人民检察院和公安机关使用传票通知犯罪嫌疑人，被告人在指定的时间自行到指定地点接受讯问。传唤同样适用于所有当事人，包括犯罪嫌疑人，被告人，自诉人，被害人，附带民事诉讼的原告人和被告人。传唤可以是口头，也可以是书面。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》第一百一十七条第二款传唤、拘传持续的时间不得超过十二小时；案情特别重大、复杂，需要采取拘留、逮捕措施的，传唤、拘传持续的时间不得超过二十四小时。
