释义	法律分析：一般情况下是不可以的，除非是在原件证据材料丢失的情况下提供复印件才是可以的。但是在向法庭提供复印件的同时，还应当提供与提供人无利害关系知情人、见证人等有关证据。一是应当有其他材料来加以印证;二是对方当事人对复印件的内容表示承认。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第七十条书证应当提交原件。物证应当提交原物。提交原件或者原物确有困难的，可以提交复制品、照片、副本、节录本。提交外文书证，必须附有中文译本。
