释义	法律分析：我国的刑法对坐出租车不给钱的量刑作出了明确的规定。一般情况下，如果坐出租车只是不给钱的话，那么这种行为通常是不会构成犯罪的。因为乘坐出租车后不给钱的行为，只是属于不履行合同的行为而已。所以只是属于民事的违法行为，并没有触犯到刑法。我国刑法里没有规定为犯罪行为的，不构成犯罪。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第三条法律明文规定为犯罪行为的，依照法律定罪处刑；法律没有明文规定为犯罪行为的，不得定罪处刑。
