释义	被驱逐出境的外国人，自被驱逐出境之日起十年内不准入境。驱逐出境指对在中国境内犯罪的外国人或无国籍人，强制其离开中国境内的刑罚或治安管理方法。由人民法院判决并执行。可以独立适用，亦可附加适用，附加适用时应在主刑期满后执行。法律依据《刑法》第三十五条，对于犯罪的外国人，可以独立适用或者附加适用驱逐出境。
