释义	信用卡逾期两年后，就算是还清了欠款，信用卡能否继续使用还是取决于银行的决定，不一定能继续使用。通常，如果信用卡逾两年，那么所有的消费功能将受到限制。持卡人既不能消费也不能提取现金，只能偿还欠款。等到债务结算后，如果持卡人能和银行申请恢复信用卡功能，那么信用卡是可以正常使用的。但是如果银行拒绝了持卡人的恢复申请，那么就只能重新申请信用卡。而且如果没有还清欠款的话，就算是申请新的信用卡也会被银行拒绝。
