释义	法律分析：就地域管辖而言,《民事诉讼法》规定以“原告就被告”为原则,即一般由被告住所地法院管辖,被告住所地与经常居住地不一致的,由经常居住地法院管辖,如果同一个诉讼的几个被告住所地、经常居住地在两个以上法院辖区的,则这几个法院都有管辖权。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》第六十五条公安机关对于被拘留的人,应当在拘留后的二十四小时以内进行讯问。在发现不应当拘留的时候,必须立即释放,发给释放证明。对需要逮捕而证据还不充足的,可以取保候审或者监视居住。
