释义	法律分析: 存款帐户分为基本存款帐户、一般存款帐户、临时存款帐户和专用存款帐户。基本存款帐户是存款人办理日常转帐结算和现金收付的帐户。存款人的工资、奖金等现金的支取，只能通过本帐户办理。法律依据: 中华人民共和国财政部《银行帐户管理办法》第二条凡在中国境内开立人民币存款帐户的机关、团体、部队、企业、事业单位、个体经济户和个人（以下简称存款人）以及银行和非银行金融机构（以下简称银行），必须遵守本办法的规定。外汇存款帐户的开立、使用和管理，按照国家外汇管理局颁发的外汇帐户管理规定执行。
