释义	法律分析：书面劳动合同写错了能修改，但对劳动合同的任何的修改一定要是双方协商一致才可以的，哪怕是劳动者发现劳动合同中的内容错误也要告知用人单位。在双方协商一致的情况下，对合同中写错的条款进行修改这完全没有问题。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第十条建立劳动关系，应当订立书面劳动合同。已建立劳动关系，未同时订立书面劳动合同的，应当自用工之日起一个月内订立书面劳动合同。
