问题	父母离婚,孩子是否可以分财产
释义	不可以。父母的共同财产属于夫妻共有,与他人没有关系。但是如果夫妻双方在分割财产时想把一部分财产留给孩子，可以约定把财产过户到孩子的名下，当作是父母对孩子的财产馈赠。这部分财产在离婚财产分割时就不再进行分割。法律依据《民法典》第一千零八十七条，离婚时，夫妻的共同财产由双方协议处理；协议不成的，由人民法院根据财产的具体情况，按照照顾子女、女方和无过错方权益的原则判决。对夫或者妻在家庭土地承包经营中享有的权益等，应当依法予以保护。
