盲人犯罪的量刑标准是怎么规定的
释义
盲人犯罪仍然要承担刑事责任，但原则上作为限制责任能力人犯罪看待，一般要减轻其刑事责任，予以从宽处罚或者免除处罚；对极少数责任能力完备且性质严重、情节恶劣的犯罪盲人，才可以不予以从宽处罚。我国《中华人民共和国刑法》规定故意犯罪，应当负刑事责任；过失犯罪，法律有规定的才负刑事责任。

《中华人民共和国刑法》 第十九条 又聋又哑的人或者盲人犯罪，可以从轻、减轻或者免除处罚。
