释义	法律分析：违规，根据国家有关规定，“消字号”产品不具备调节人体生理功能的功效，既不可宣称有疗效，也不具有疗效。法律依据：《关于消毒产品标签说明书管理规范》第四条未列入消毒产品分类目录的产品不得标注任何与消毒产品管理有关的卫生许可证明编号。第二十条自2006年1月1日起专用于人体眼睛等特定部位的抗(抑)菌制剂卫生行政部门不再纳入消毒产品进行受理、审批和监管，同时对于已获卫生用品备案凭证的该类产品不得再以消毒产品的名义销售。
