释义	法律分析：银行周末是不发工资的。由银行代发工资属于对公业务，而周末银行是不办理对公业务的，因此即使公司财务将报表给银行，银行也会等到周一才给员工转账。而大企业如果是直接用企业网银转账给员工，那么这期间不需要银行操作，员工在周末也能收到工资。法律依据：《中华人民共和国工资支付暂行规定》第七条工资必须在用人单位与劳动者约定的日期支付，如遇节假日或休息日，则应提前在最近的工作日支付，工资至少每月支付一次，实行周、日、小时工资制的可按周、日、小时支付工资。
