释义	法律分析：反要约指受要约人对要约人的要约条款感到不满意，再按照自己所能接受的条款在原要约的基础上向原要约人提出新的要求，是受要约人将要约人发出的要约的内容加以放大、缩小或变更后而予以接受的行为，即新的要约。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第四百八十六条受要约人超过承诺期限发出承诺，或者在承诺期限内发出承诺，按照通常情形不能及时到达要约人的，为新要约；但是，要约人及时通知受要约人该承诺有效的除外。
