怎样处理超速违章 |

根据相关规定，机动车在道路上行驶，违反限速规定的，按下列规定处罚：
1、时速超过限定时速不到10%的，给予警告;
2、在限速为50公里以下的道路，时速超过限定时速10%以上不到20%的，处50元罚款;超过限定时速20%以上不到50%的，处100元罚款;超过限定时速50%以上不到70%的，处300元罚款;超过限定时速70%的，处500元罚款;
3、在限速为50公里以上80公里以下的道路，时速超过限定时速10%以上不到20%的，处100元罚款;超过限定时速20%以上不到50%的，处150元罚款;超过限定时速50%以上不到70%的，处500元罚款;超过限定时速70%的，处1000元罚款;
4、在限速为80公里以上100公里以下的道路，时速超过限定时速10%以上不到20%的，处150元罚款;超过限定时速20%以上不到50%的，处200元罚款;超过限定时速50%以上不到70%的，处1000元罚款;超过限定时速70%的，处1500元罚款;
5、在限速为100公里以上的道路，时速超过限定时速10%以上不到50%的，处200元罚款;超过限定时速50%以上不到70%的，处1500元罚款;超过限定时速70%以上的，处2000元罚款。
6、旅游客车、公路运营载客汽车、危险化学品运输车、民用爆炸物品运输车超过限定时速不到50%的，处200元罚款;超过限定时速50%的，处500元罚款，每多超5公里，加处200元罚款，但最高不得超过2000元。
