释义	法律分析：动产与不动产相对应，土地、房产及土地上的构筑物、附属属物、水域、空间等等为不动产，其余物为动产。动产一般以持有物证明所有权，特殊动产如汽车、船舶、航空器等等一般进行产权登记，登记以后可以对抗第三人。动产设立抵押，会形成抵押权，动产的抵押权一般进行登记，对抗第三人。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第四百零三条以动产抵押的，抵押权自抵押合同生效时设立；未经登记，不得对抗善意第三人。
