释义	招标要约价就是要约收购价的简称。所谓要约收购是指,投资者通过向某一上市公司所有股东发出公开收购要约的方式,以对该公司控股或者兼并为目的而取得该公司股份的行为。【法律依据】《证券法》第九十条收购要约约定的收购期限不得少于三十日，并不得超过六十日。第九十一条在收购要约确定的承诺期限内，收购人不得撤销其收购要约。收购人需要变更收购要约的，必须及时公告，载明具体变更事项。
