释义	根据目前的条例规定，英国移民主申请人的附属申请人在申请永居时是无须满足居住时间要求的。从2018年1月11日起，移民法319E部分加入对申请人家属每12个月离境不得超过180天的规定。换言之，PBS计分制下的附属配偶申请永居时，须与主申请人一致，在递交永居申请前的连续5年内，每12个月内离开英国不得超过180天。
