释义	证人没有年龄限制。凡是知道案件情况的人，除因生理上、精神上有缺陷或者年幼而不能辨别是非、不能正确表达意志的人以外，都有作证的义务。未成年人也可以做证人，不是具有民事行为能力的人才可以做证人。证人的诉讼地位独立于被告人、被害人、自诉人和鉴定人。法律依据：《最高人民法院关于民事诉讼证据的若干规定》第五十七条出庭作证的证人应当客观陈述其亲身感知的事实。证人为聋哑人的，可以其他表达方式作证。证人作证时，不得使用猜测、推断或者评论性的语言。
