释义	逮捕后只有开庭的时候才可以见到家属。批捕后亲属不可以见犯罪嫌疑人。无论是刑事拘留还是已经转为逮捕，家属都是不可以见到的。一般法院公开开庭家属可以旁听、见到嫌疑人，但不可以和对方讲话；再就是法院作出生效判决，被告人到监狱服刑后，这种属于正常的家属探视。【法律依据】《刑事诉讼法》第九十三条，公安机关逮捕人的时候，必须出示逮捕证。逮捕后，应当立即将被逮捕人送看守所羁押。除无法通知的以外，应当在逮捕后二十四小时以内，通知被逮捕人的家属。
