释义	法律分析：我国明文禁止家庭成员间的虐待和遗弃。遗弃罪是指，肩负着扶养义务的行为人，拒绝扶养年老、年幼、患病或者是其他没有独立生活能力的人，并且情节恶劣的行为。我国相关法律规定，一般情况下，触犯遗弃罪的犯罪嫌疑人，如果法院认为其犯罪情节恶劣的，那么会被判处五年以下的有期徒刑、拘役或者是会被判处管制。法律依据：《刑法》第二百六十一条：对于年老、年幼、患病或者其他没有独立生活能力的人，负有扶养义务而拒绝扶养，情节恶劣的，处五年以下有期徒刑、拘役或者管制。
