释义	法律分析：不能，只能保留学籍，退伍后复学。入伍时原是学校（包括中等技术学校）未毕业的学生，退伍后要求继续学习而本人又符合学习条件（年龄上应适当放宽）的，原学校应当在他们退伍后的下一学期开始时准予复学。法律依据：《中华人民共和国兵役法》第二十二条士兵退出现役时，符合预备役条件的，由部队确定服士兵预备役；经过考核，适合担任军官职务的，服军官预备役。退出现役的士兵，由部队确定服预备役的，自退出现役之日起四十日内，到安置地的县、自治县、市、市辖区的兵役机关办理预备役登记。
