释义	法律分析: 船舶优先权是指特定海事债权人按照法律规定享有的、当债务人不履行相关义务或者不能履行债务时，以产生海事请求的船舶为标的的对担保物优先受偿的权利。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国海商法》第二十一条船舶优先权，是指海事请求人依照本法第二十二条的规定，向船舶所有人、光船承租人、船舶经营人提出海事请求，对产生该海事请求的船舶具有优先受偿的权利。第二十五条第一款船舶优先权先于船舶留置权受偿，船舶抵押权后于船舶留置权受偿。
