法律分析：
中国任何一部法律都没有规定遗产税，因此没有必要缴纳遗产税，也没有遗产税的征收标准。只是在实际操作中，如果要办理过户手续，需要先办理房屋遗产的继承公证，这个时候，需要支付公证费，但缴纳金额不会很高。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国民法典》 第一千一百二十二条 遗产是自然人死亡时遗留的个人合法财产。依照法律规定或者根据其性质不得继承的遗产，不得继承。
