释义	法律分析：应当到公司印章登记的公安机关注销掉公司印章的法律效应。法律依据：《印章治安管理办法》第十五条印章停止使用后，使用单位应当在十日内将印章全部交回上级主管部门或登记管理机关封存；逾期不交的，由上级主管部门或登记管理机关予以收缴。上级主管部门或登记管理机关对交回和收缴的印章要登记造册，并于十日内送备案或批准刻制的公安机关。公安机关对交回和收缴的印章，需预存两年，无特殊情况的，预存期满后予以销毁。
