释义	员工宿舍住十个人不一定违法。如果员工宿舍的面积、生活区域等可以允许十个人共同居住就不算是违法。但是如果在不满足十个人共同居住的员工宿舍被要求居住了十个人的，则是违法的。《劳动法》第五十二条用人单位必须建立、健全劳动安全卫生制度，严格执行国家劳动安全卫生规程和标准，对劳动者进行劳动安全卫生教育，防止劳动过程中的事故，减少职业危害。第五十三条劳动安全卫生设施必须符合国家规定的标准。新建、改建、扩建工程的劳动安全卫生设施必须与主体工程同时设计、同时施工、同时投入生产和使用。
