运输合同中双方的责任有哪些

法律分析：
运输合同中托运方责任：未按合同规定的时间和要求提供托运的货物，托运方应按货物价值的比例偿付给承运方违约金等。承运方责任：
1、不按合同规定的时间和要求发运的承运方偿付托运方违约金；
2、运输过程中货物灭失，短少，损坏，承运方应按货物的实际损失赔偿托运方。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国民法典》第八百三十二条
承运人对运输过程中货物的毁损、灭失承担赔偿责任。但是，承运人证明货物的毁损、灭失是因不可抗力、货物本身的自然性质或者合理损耗以及托运人、收货人的过错造成的，不承担赔偿责任。
