释义	法律分析：一般无效。“阴阳合同”从表面上看似符合买卖双方的利益，但实际上对买卖双方的风险都比较大。对于卖房者来说，要防止买房者只按照“阳合同”签订的价格付款，对于买房者来说，如果再次售房的话，所缴的税款可能会大幅增加。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百四十六条行为人与相对人以虚假的意思表示实施的民事法律行为无效。以虚假的意思表示隐藏的民事法律行为的效力，依照有关法律规定处理。
