释义	《中华人民共和国证券法》第一百五十四条在证券公司被责令停业整顿、被依法指定托管、接管或者清算期间，或者出现重大风险时，经国务院证券监督管理机构批准，可以对该证券公司直接负责的董事、监事、高级管理人员和其他直接责任人员采取以下措施：（一）通知出境管理机关依法阻止其出境；（二）申请司法机关禁止其转移、转让或者以其他方式处分财产，或者在财产上设定其他权利。
