释义	有重大误解的合同，是可撤销的。如果合同本身是违反法律法规的，合同就是无效的。但合同符合法律规定，合同有效情形下，在当事人行使撤销权之前，合同是有效的。当事人请求人民法院或者仲裁机构予以撤销之后，合同自始无效。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百四十七条基于重大误解实施的民事法律行为，行为人有权请求人民法院或者仲裁机构予以撤销。
