法律依据：
《铁路旅客运输规程》 第三十七条 持通票的旅客在中转站和列车上要求变更径路时，必须在通票有效期能够到达到站时方可办理。办理时，原票价低于变径后的票价时，应补收新旧径路里程票价差额，核收手续费；原票价高于或相等于变更后的径路票价时，持原票乘车有效，差额部分（包括列车等级不符的差额）不予退还。
