释义	夫妻一方生病另一方有责任照顾。依据《婚姻法》：第二十条，夫妻有互相扶养的义务。一方不履行扶养义务时,需要扶养的一方,有要求对方付给抚养费的权利。一方生病，另外一方是要医治的。如果不管不顾，有病不让治，可能构成遗弃罪。最后，生病后一方不愿意照顾，又不支付扶养费或者不给治，造成另一方生活困难的。另一方可以向村（居）民委员会反映，或向所在单位反映，经教育、批评后仍不履行扶养义务的，需要扶养的一方可向人民法院诉讼，要求其积极支付扶养费。
