释义	法律分析：根据刑事诉讼法，凡是知道案件情况的人，都有作证的义务。生理上、精神上有缺陷或者年幼，不能辨别是非、不能正确表达的人，不能作证人。 1、按通知的要求出庭的义务。 2、如实作证并回答质询的义务，如实作证包括两方面内容：1、证人必须如实提供证言。2、不得隐匿事实。 3、有保守国家机密的义务。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第七十二条凡是知道案件情况的单位和个人，都有义务出庭作证。有关单位的负责人应当支持证人作证。不能正确表达意思的人，不能作证。
