法律分析：可以的。不过，工资是个人应得的，应当争取。若劳动者的离职给公司造成了一定的损失，劳动者需要承担一定的赔偿责任。从法律上来讲，劳动者若要离职应当提前30天通知用人单位并办理好交接工作。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动法》第一百零二条 劳动者违反本法规定的条件解除劳动合同或者违反劳动合同中约定的保密事项，对用人单位造成经济损失的，应当依法承担赔偿责任。
