释义	可以异地办理，办理时要带上本人身份证原件，港澳通行证照片以及居住证到当地出入境部门办理。港澳通行证，俗称双程证，是由中华人民共和国公安部出入境管理局签发给中国内地居民因私往来香港或澳门地区旅游、探亲、从事商务、培训、就业、留学等非公务活动的旅行证件。法律依据《中华人民共和国出境入境管理法》第十条中国公民往来内地与香港特别行政区、澳门特别行政区，中国公民往来大陆与台湾地区，应当依法申请办理通行证件，并遵守本法有关规定。具体管理办法由国务院规定。
