释义	法律分析：在假释期间，债务也是可以偿还的。服刑一方只是丧失了人身自由，并不是剥夺了他的全部权利，不能承担他的全部义务，不能终止他的履行或者不履行。假释是指对被判处原判有期徒刑一半以上、无期徒刑13年以上的罪犯，如果认真遵守监狱规定，接受教育改造，确有悔改表现，没有犯罪危险的，予以实行提前释放制度。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第八十三条有期徒刑的假释考验期限，为没有执行完毕的刑期；无期徒刑的假释考验期限为十年。假释考验期限，从假释之日起计算。
