释义	自书遗嘱由遗嘱人亲笔书写，签名，注明年、月、日。(一)遗嘱人必须亲笔书写自书遗嘱必须由遗嘱人亲笔书写遗嘱的全部内容。(二)遗嘱人必须签名自书遗嘱必须由遗嘱人签名，即亲笔书写其姓名。在自书遗嘱中，尽管遗嘱的内容可能确实是由遗嘱人亲笔书写，但是如果没有签名，无法判断遗嘱人只是书写了草稿还是作出了最终的决定，因此没有签名的自书遗嘱无效。(三)遗嘱人必须注明年、月、日遗嘱人在自书遗嘱中必须注明其设立遗嘱的具体时间，即必须注明年、月、日。法律依据《民法典》第一千零六十三条
