释义	法律分析：正常上班一周离职也是有工资的。劳动者离职时，用人单位是应当支付其工资的，如果用人单位拒绝支付其工资的，劳动者可以向当地的劳动监察部门进行投诉举报或申请劳动仲裁。如果未及时支付工资，有两个途径可以要求支付工资： 1、劳动者可以到当地劳动局劳动监察投诉。 2、可以到当地劳动局申请仲裁，要求支付工资。法律依据：《工资支付暂行规定》第九条劳动关系双方依法解除或终止劳动合同时，用人单位应在解除或终止劳动合同时一次付清劳动者工资。
