新员工入职两天会有工资吗?
释义
劳动者入职两天辞职是给工资的。如果用人单位拒绝支付其工资，违反了《劳动法》。劳动者可以向当地的劳动监察部门进行投诉举报，要求用人单位支付其被拖欠的工资。用人单位克扣或者拖欠劳动者工资的，劳动者可以向劳动保障监察大队投诉该单位。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国劳动法》 第五十条 工资应当以货币形式按月支付给劳动者本人。不得克扣或者无故拖欠劳动者的工资。
